Read this page carefully before buying.
Proceeding with purchase implies that buyer is agreeable to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Please ask all questions and do necessary research before buying to ensure that you are purchasing the correct parts. Request for cancellation, return, exchange or refund will:
- NOT be accepted for items ordered in error.
- be accepted only if items are missing, defective or wrong parts are sent.
2. Inspect all items upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are any issues. We will not replace, refund or exchange product/s if:
- parts are already installed.
- installation has been attempted.
- product/s are sent to third party for installation.
3. We are not responsible, and will not accept request for reimbursement, refund or re-sending of order/s, for the following reasons:
- Shipping delays caused by Postal Service, Courier or Customs of Destination Country (eg. parcel/s held by Custom)
- Taxes and duties placed on parcel/s by Customs of Destination Country
4. If you experience any delays or suspect that your parcel might be misplaced, please contact us for assistance.
We will engage Singpost or DHL to investigate the status of parcel. After investigation concludes parcel is lost, Buyer can choose a full refund or get a replacement. Duration of investigation depends on shipping option:
- DHL Express: Usually 1-3 days; and investigation can start any time.
- Economy Air Mail - Singpost: Up to 2 months; and investigation can only start earliest on 18th business day after date of mailing.

5. Buyer is responsible to track and be updated on the parcel's status after it has been mailed, by using the tracking number provided.
- Contact us immediately if you do not receive the tracking number or if parcel/s do not arrive by the stipulated date.
6. If parcel is returned to Sender (DLW) due to the following reasons:
- Buyer neglects to keep track of parcel status
- Buyer provided wrong or incomplete shipping address
- Buyer fails to contact destination Post Office or Courier after delivery attempt was made
We can re-ship order if buyer pays the actual cost of re-shipping, or we will refund the cost of item minus the actual cost of the initial shipping which will be a minimum of SGD 8, depending on buyer's location and initial shipping option.
